Notice is hereby given that the Council of the London Borough of Haringey on 29th October 2025 has made the above mentioned Orders under sections 6, 45, 46 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and amend footway parking places under section 15 of the GLC General Powers Act 1974.
The general effect of the Orders would be: To make the following changes to the locations listed below:

| Craven Park Road N15 | To revoke the existing Single Yellow Line adjacent to the flank wall of No.60 (outside Orchard Farmfresh) and join up the adjacent shared use Pay by Phone/Permit Holders Only bays. |
| Cumberland Road N22 | To revoke the existing Single Yellow Line opposite No.11-14 and join up the adjacent Permit Holders Only bays. |
| Garman Road N17 | 1. East side: To replace approximately 13.5 metres of No Waiting/No Loading at any time south of the access road to No.63 with a Permit Holders Only bay operating at CPZ hours (partially on footway).
2. East side: To replace the existing Permit Holders Only bays at either side of the access road to No.65 with No Waiting/No Loading at any time. 3. West side: To shorten the northern end of the Permit Holders Only bay adjacent to the flank wall of Unit 4 (Leeside Trading Estate) by 12.1 metres by extending the adjacent No Waiting/Loading at any time restrictions. |
| Mayes Road N22 | To convert the section of Single Yellow Line outside No.146 to No Waiting/No Loading at any time. |
| Wolves Lane N22 | To replace 12 metres of the existing shared use Permit Holders Only/Pay by Phone parking on the east side of Wolves Lane outside St Cuthberts Church (northern end of bay adjacent to pedestrian crossing) with a Single Yellow Line operating Monday–Sunday 8am–6:30pm. |
Date of operation: The Orders will come into operation on 21st November 2025.
Further details: an appointment can be made, by emailing traffic.orders@haringey.gov.uk to inspect the Orders during normal office hours at the reception desk of Alexandra House, 10 Station Road, Wood Green, N22 7TR within six weeks of the date on which the Orders were made, or can be viewed online at https://streets.appyway.com/haringey
once operational.
Application to the high court: Any person desiring to question the validity of the Orders or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it does not comply with the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended or that any of the relevant requirements thereof or of any relevant regulations made there under have not been complied with in relation to the Orders may, within six weeks of the date on which the Orders were made, make application for the purpose to the High Court.
