Sandhurst, Temporary Road Closure Due To Carriageway Patching Works

What is happening?

BRACKNELL FOREST BOROUGH COUNCIL (SCOTLAND HILL AND COCK-A-DOBBY, SANDHURST) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF DRIVING) ORDER 2025

Notice is hereby given that Bracknell Forest Borough Council intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order, in accordance with Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the effect of which will be to prohibit any vehicle from travelling along:

a) Scotland Hill and Cock-a-dobby, Sandhurst There is no alternative route for this closure.

The purpose of this Order is to ensure public & worker safety while the Highway Authority carry out carriageway patching works.

The proposed Order will come into operation on the 17th November 2025, and its maximum duration will be 6 months. However, it is currently planned that the road closure will be in place between 17th November 2025 at 09:30 until 18:00.

This Order shall only apply when the appropriate signs and markings are displayed in the road.
