Edgmond Road - Temporary Prohibition of Traffic
What is happening?
Borough of Telford & Wrekin
The Council proposes to make the Borough of Telford & Wrekin, Edgmond Road, Newport (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025 under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, whilst tree cutting works are being undertaken. The order becomes operational from the 20/11/25 between the hours of 9:30 and 15:00. The following road is affected: Edgmond Road, Newport from its jcn with Newport Rd for approx. 500m in a westerly direction. The maximum duration is 18 months, but the works are expected to be completed by the 20/11/25. Alternative routes will be signed on site.
