What is happening?
Manchester City Council proposes to make the CITY OF MANCHESTER (THORESWAY ROAD, RUSHOLME) (PROHIBITION OF WAITING) ORDER 2025 under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the Order will be to introduce the following:
NO WAITING AT ANY TIME on:
Thoresway Road, (i) north side from Birch Hall Lane westerly for 14m (ii) south side from Birch Hall Lane westerly for 11m.
A copy of the proposed Order, the Statement of Reasons and a plan showing the proposals may be inspected at the Customer Service Centre Ground Floor, Town Hall Extension, M60 2LA (for Sat. Nav. use M2 5DB) between hours of 9am and 4.30pm Monday to Friday. Alternatively copies of the documentation may be requested via the email phlegal@manchester.gov.uk. Objections to the proposals must be sent in writing to phlegal@manchester.gov.uk or the address below, stating the grounds on which they are made, no later than 1st December 2025.
