What is happening?
To prevent the likelihood of danger to the public, the
Council intends to make an order which will be in effect
on Monday 17th November 2025 until approximately
Friday 12th December 2025, the effect of which will be
to Prohibit the movement of all vehicles and Suspend
one-way restrictions on Mattlock Street, Duffield Street,
Cromford Street, Wilson Street, Bartholomew Street,
Cedar Road, Earl Howe Street and Wilne Street. The
Order will end after 18 months or on completion of the
works, whichever occurs first. For further information, visit:
