What is happening?

 NOTICE OF VARIATION IN

CAR PARK CHARGES

PURSUANT TO SECTIONS 35C & SECTION 46A

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984

EAST RIDING OF YORKSHIRE COUNCIL ON STREET AND OFF STREET PARKING PLACES (BEVERLEY, BRIDLINGTON, DRIFFIELD, FLAMBOROUGH, GOOLE, HORNSEA

AND HOWDEN)

TAKE NOTICE that East Riding of Yorkshire Council is to suspend parking charges in all its Pay and Display off-street car parks and on-street parking areas at the locations and dates below:

Bridlington, Flamborough & Hornsea(usual charges apply all days)

1. Saturday 29 & Sunday 30 November 2025

2. Saturday 6 & Sunday 7 December 2025

3. Saturday 13 & Sunday 14 December 2025

4. Saturday 20 & Sunday 21 December 2025

Beverley, Driffield, Goole & Howden(usual charges apply Mon-Sat)

1. Saturday 29 November 2025

2. Saturday 6 December 2025

3. Saturday 13 December 2025

4. Saturday 20 December 2025

Please note that parking charges will apply as normal on all other days after 20 December 2025 including Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Years Eve and New Years Day.

All other parking restrictions (e.g. double yellow lines, disabled bays, loading zones) remain in force and will be enforced.

This variation is made in accordance with Sections 35C and 46A for the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by the Parking Places (Variation of Charges) Act 2017.
