Mae Cyngor Sir Ddinbych yn rhoi rhybudd drwy hyn ei fod yn bwriadu gwneud Gorchymyn dan Adranau 84 Deddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984, a’r holl bwerau galluogi eraill, a fydd yn:-
a) I addasu cynllun presennol o faint arwynebedd y maes parcio ac i gyflwyno rheoliadau diwygiedig i fod mewn grym bob amser fel y nodir yn y gorchymyn er mwyn gorddi’n effeithiol y maes parcio a enwir yn y Gorchymyn hwn, i atal camddefnyddi’r maes parcio, ac i sicrhau’n glir mai dim ond y dosbarth defnydd penodedig all ddefnyddio’r mannau a neilltuwyd ar eu cyfer, ac y mae’n rhaid i bob defnyddiwr barcio o fewn man penodedig lle mae’r mannau wedi’u marcio.
Mae’r gorchymyn hwn bellach yn dirymu unrhyw gyfeiriad at Faes Parcio Sgwâr Sant Pedr Rhuthun o Atodlenni 1, 2 a 4 o Orchymyn Cyngor Sir Ddinbych (Mannau Parcio Oddi ar y Stryd) (Cydgrynhoi) 2021 ac yn ei disodli ag Atodlenni 3, 4 a 5 i Orchymyn Cydgrynhoi Cyngor Sir Ddinbych (Mannau Parcio Oddi ar y Stryd) 2021 – amrywiad Gorchymyn Maes Parcio Sgwâr Sant Pedr Rhuthun 2026.
Mae manylion llawn y cynnig hwn wedi’u nodi yn y Gorchymyn drafft, sydd, ynghyd â’r cynlluniau sydd ynghlwm wrth y Gorchymyn a datganiad o resymau dros gynnig gwneud y Gorchymyn, i’w gweld ar-lein ar wefan y cyngor.
Gellir archwilio copi o’r Gorchymyn drafft a’r cynlluniau sydd ynddo hefyd yn Llyfrgell Rhuthun, Stryd y Record, Rhuthun, Sir Ddinbych, LL15 1DS yn ystod oriau agor arferol.
Gall unrhyw un sy’n dymuno gwrthwynebu’r Gorchymyn arfaethedig wneud hynny drwy gyflwyno ymatebion i holiadur ynglyn â’r cynigion ar wefan Cyngor Sir Ddinbych (siryddinbych.gov.uk/ymgynghoriadau) neu drwy anfon datganiad ysgrifenedig yn gwrthwynebu, yn nodi’r seiliau i’r gwrthwynebiad, at Bennaeth y Gwasanaethau Cymorth Corfforaethol Pobl, Cyngor Sir Ddinbych, Blwch Post 62, Rhuthun, LL15 9AZ, erbyn 30 Tachwedd 2025 fan bellaf. Dylid nodi y gallai unrhyw sylwadau y mae’r Cyngor yn eu derbyn fod ar gael i’r cyhoedd eu harchwilio.

NOTICE OF PROPOSALS
DENBIGHSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL (RUTHIN)
(OFF-STREET PARKING PLACES) (CONSOLIDATION) ORDER 2021 VARIATION ST. PETER’S SQUARE CAR PARK RUTHIN ORDER 2026
Notice is hereby given that Denbighshire County Council (“the Council”) in exercise of its powers regulating the use of its car parks under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (the Act of 1984) as amended and of all other enabling powers proposes to make the above-named Order, the effect of which will be as follows:
a) To amend the current layout and area footprint of the car park and to introduce amended regulations to be in force at all times stated in the order to effectively enforce the car park named in this Order, to prevent car park misuse, and to ensure clarity that spaces designated for a certain class of use can only be used for that class and that all users must park within a designated space parking where marked.
This order now revokes any reference to St Peter’s Square Car Park Ruthin from Schedules 1, 2 and 4 of the Denbighshire County Council (Off Street Parking Places) (Consolidation) Order 2021 and replaces with Schedules 3, 4 and 5 to Denbighshire County Council (Off-Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2021 variation St Peter’s Square Car Park Ruthin Order 2026.
Full details of this proposal are set out in the draft Order which, together with the attached plans and a statement of reasons for proposing to make the Order, can be viewed on-line on the council’s website.
A copy of the draft Order and the plan contained therein may also be inspected at Ruthin Library, Record Street, Ruthin, Denbighshire. LL15 1DS during normal opening hours.
Any person wishing to object to the proposed Order may do so either, by submitting responses to a questionnaire to which the proposals relate, using Denbighshire County Council’s website under (www.denbighshire.gov.uk/consultations
), or by sending a written statement of objection, stating the grounds on which the objection is made to the Head of Service Corporate Support Services People, Denbighshire County Council, PO Box 62, Ruthin LL15 9AZ, by no later than 30th November 2025. Please note that the substance of any representations the council receives could become available for public inspection.
