Mill Road, Temporary Road Closure For Schools Cross Country

What is happening?

BRIGHTON AND HOVE CITY COUNCIL ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 TEMPORARY TRAFFIC ORDER – B&H PRIMARY SCHOOLS CROSS COUNTRY

NOTICE is hereby given that Brighton & Hove City Council have on the 29 October 2025 made an Order pursuant to powers in Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended which has the following effect: Wednesday, 12 November 2025 from 11:00 to 16:00

  1. Road Closure – Mill Road from Waterhall Road to the roundabout at Dyke Road Avenue: During the event, under direction of event officials, these measures may be lifted to enable vehicular access for residents.
  2. Waterhall Road: During the event, under direction of event officials, the temporary prohibition of unauthorised vehicles only.

The Order is necessary for the safe ingress and egress of people attending the B&H Primary Schools Cross Country event. This Order comes into force for the above date and times.
