NOTICE OF PUBLIC PATH ORDER

HIGHWAYS ACT 1980

PART OF PUBLIC FOOTPATH NUMBER 132 TEALBY

PUBLIC PATH DIVERSION ORDER 2025

The above Order, made on 16 October 2025 under Section 119 of the Highways Act 1980 will divert the whole width of Public Footpath No.132 in the parish of Tealby running from Sandy Lane at OSGR TF 1522 9009 (A) to OSGR TF 1518 9010 (B) to OSGR TF 1517 9009 (C) to OSGR TF 1507 9002 (D). The total length of diverted footpath is 181 metres as shown between Points A-B-C-D on the Order Drawing TO AN ALTERNATIVE ROUTE in the parish of Tealby to be 2 metres wide running from OSGR TF 1523 9010 (E) to OSGR TF 1518 9010 (F) to OSGR TF 1513 9008 (G) to OSGR TF 1507 9002 (D). The total length of added footpath is 189 metres as shown between Points E-F-G-D on the Order Drawing. Limitation: OSGR TF 1513 9008 – Wicket gate compliant to BS5709:2018.

Any representations about or objections to the Order may be sent in writing to Legal Services Lincolnshire, Lincolnshire County Council, County Offices, Newland, Lincoln, LN1 1YS, or e-mail sally.ironmonger@lincolnshire. gov.uk, marked for the attention of Sally Ironmonger and quoting reference SXI.75242.TEALBY and received no later than 4 December 2025. Please state the grounds on which they are made.

If no representations or objections are duly made or if any so made are withdrawn Lincolnshire County Council may confirm the Order as an unopposed Order. If the Order is sent to the Secretary of State for the Environment for confirmation any representations and objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the Order.
