THE EAST DUNBARTONSHIRE COUNCIL

(PARKBURN AVENUE, KIRKINTILLOCH)

(TEMPORARY CLOSURE) ORDER 2025

On 04 November 2025 the East Dunbartonshire Council made the above named Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, which makes it unlawful for any person to drive or cause or permit to be driven any motor vehicle (with the exception of emergency service vehicles, vehicles engaged in the works, and those vehicles requiring access to properties adjacent to the closed section of road when its safe and practical to do so) on Parkburn Avenue, Kirkintilloch between its north-easternmost junction with Greens Avenue and its junction with Greens Crescent by reason of works being executed on or near this road. This Order will operate from 06.00 hours on Sunday, 23 November 2025 until  18.00 hours on Sunday, 30 November 2025.

Alternative Routes

The alternative routes will be by way of Parkburn Avenue, Scotsblair Avenue, and Greens Avenue, Kirkintilloch and these routes will be signposted.
