What is happening?

Mae Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Wrecsam yn bwriadu gwneud GORCHYMYN (GWAHARDD TRAFFIG TRWODD) DROS DRO dan Adran 14(1) Deddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984

a fydd yn weithredol o 17/11/2025 yn gwahardd unrhyw gerbyd rhag defnyddio’r darn hwnnw o Ffordd y Coroni, New Broughton rhwng y cyffyrdd â’r B5433 Ffordd Gatewen a’r Ffordd Fynediad i’r gogledd o Rhif 1 Imperial Terrace am 40m er mwyn galluogi PAS NW LTD i ymgymryd â gwaith i osod cysylltiadau carthffosiaeth o’r safle datblygu tai gerllaw i’r rhwydwaith presennol o fewn y lôn gerbydau.

Y llwybr amgen i gerbydau yr effeithir arnynt gan y cau hwn fydd ar hyd y B5433 Ffordd Gatewen, Ffordd Dale a’r B5101 Ffordd Windsor, a bydd arwyddion priodol yn unol â hynny. Bydd mynediad i gerddwyr yn cael ei gynnal gydol y cyfnod cau.

Disgwylir i’r gwaharddiad bara am 3 wythnos, neu nes y caiff y gwaith ei gwblhau os yn gynt, a gallai bara hyd at 18 mis.

Wrexham County Borough Council intends to make a TEMPORARY (PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC) ORDER under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984

effective from 17/11/2025 prohibiting any vehicle from using that length of Coronation Road, New Broughton between its junctions with B5433 Gatewen Road and the Access Road to the north of No.1 Imperial Terrace for a distance of 40m to enable PAS NW LTD to undertake works to install sewer connections from the nearby housing development site into the existing network within the carriageway.

The alternative route for vehicles affected by the closure is via B5433 Gatewen Road, Dale Road and B5101 Windsor Road, which will be signposted accordingly. Pedestrian access will be maintained throughout the period of closure.

The prohibition is expected to last for 3 weeks, or until completion of the works if earlier, with a maximum duration of 18 months.
