Hall Gate Lane - Introduce A Zebra Crossing
What is happening?
NOTICE OF PROPOSAL
ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984
LANCASHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
(HALL GATE LANE, STALMINE, WYRE BOROUGH) (PEDESTRIAN CROSSING)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Lancashire County Council propose to make the above pedestrian crossing under Section 23 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, the effect of which will be to introduce a zebra crossing in Hall Gate Lane, Stalmine, from a point 19 metres northwest its junction with Mill Lane for a distance of 39 metres in a north westerly direction.
A copy of the relevant notice and plan indicating the location of the crossing may be inspected during normal office hours at the offices of the Wyre Borough Council, Civic Centre, Breck Road, Poulton-le-Fylde, FY6 7PU and at the offices of The Director of Law and Governance, Lancashire County Council, County Hall, Fishergate, Preston, PR1 8XJ, and on Lancashire County Councils Website
