What is happening?
THE NOTTINGHAMSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL (DOREY WAY, FAIREY BATTLE LANE AND LOVESEY AVENUE, HUCKNALL) (PROHIBITION OF DRIVING AND PROHIBITED MOVEMENTS) TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDER 2025 (4315)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Nottinghamshire County Council proposes to make an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, and the Traffic Management Act 2004, the effects of which will be in respect of roads at Hucknall in the District of Ashfield: ‑
1. Proposed Bus Gate (no access except for buses, cyclists and authorised vehicles) along the following lengths of road: -
LOVESEY AVENUE, HUCKNALL
● Between a point 7 metres north-east of its junction with Fairey Battle Lane and a point 113 metres north-east of that junction
2. Proposed prohibition of turning right along the following lengths of road: -
FAIRY BATTLE LANE, HUCKNALL
● At its junction with Lovesey Avenue.
3. Proposed No Stopping at any time Except Buses along the following lengths of the road: -
LOVESEY AVENUE, HUCKNALL (the south side)
● At the proposed bus stop 38 metres south-west of its junction with Fairy Battle Lane, for a distance of 19 metres.
