PUBLIC FOOTPATH BC65/4, WARMINSTER ROAD, BATH) TEMPORARY TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDER 2025
What is happening?
Notice is given that Bath and North East Somerset Council in exercise of its powers under section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 intends to make an order
the effect of which will be to temporarily introduce a closure to the section of Public
Footpath BC65/4 commencing from a junction with Warminster Road at ST76176556
and proceeding in a generally NNW direction for approx 30m to ST76166559.
This order is required because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the right of way: namely the applicant will be demolishing an existing building
and developing three new homes. The Order will come into force on 5th January 2026 and will be effective for six months.
ALTERNATIVE ROUTE: Warminster Road – Darlington Road – Public Footpath AQ26 - Public Footpath BC65/4. Vice Versa.
