What is happening?

THE COUNCIL HAS MADE
(Hay Ln, Fulmer) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2025 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Hay Ln for approx. 63M. The closure is required whilst CityFibre works commence on 3 November 2025. The proposed Order will come into operation on 3 November 2025, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.
(Whitefield Ln, Great Missenden) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2025 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Whitefield Ln for approx. 43M. The closure is required whilst remedial works commence on 17 November 2025. The proposed Order will come into operation on 17 November 2025, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.
(Andrew Hill Ln, Hedgerley) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2025 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Andrew Hill Ln for approx. 64M.
Alternative route: Andrew Hill Ln, Beaconsfield Common Ln, Hedgerley Ln, Village Ln, Kiln Ln and vice versa. The closure is required whilst CityFibre works commence on 12 November 2025. The proposed Order will come into operation on 12 November 2025, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.
(Bull Ln, Gerrards Cross) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2025 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Bull Ln for approx. 104M.
Alternative route: Bull Ln, Budsrove Way, Oxford Rd, West Common, Packhorse Rd, Austenwood Common, South Side and vice versa. The closure is required whilst a pole replacement commence on 15 November 2025. The proposed Order will come into operation on 15 November 2025, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.
(Hollybush Ln, Denham) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2025 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Hollybush Ln for approx. 1260M.
Alternative route: Hollybush Ln, Willetts Ln, Denham Rd, Denham Roundabout, A40 / M40 / A412/A4020 Roundabout, Oxford Rd, Amersham Rd, Skylark Rd and vice versa. The closure is required whilst a pole replacement and tree trimming works commence on 13 November 2025. The proposed Order will come into operation on 13 November 2025, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.
(Common Ln, Burnham) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2025 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Common Ln for approx. 135M.
Alternative route: Bewley Wood Ln, Littleworth Rd, Dorney Wood Rd and vice versa. The closure is required whilst a pole replacement commences on 12 November 2025. The proposed Order will come into operation on 12 November 2025, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.
(Church Ln, Fawley) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2025 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Church Ln for approx. 78M.
Alternative route: Church Ln, Dobsons Ln, Roundhouse Ln, Dudley Ln, Cockeslane Ln, Bosmore Ln, and vice versa. The closure is required whilst a boundary bank repair commences on 10 November 2025. The proposed Order will come into operation on 10 November 2025, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.
(Marsh Ln, Dorney) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2025 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Marsh Ln for approx. 69M.
Alternative route: Marsh Ln, Bath Rd, Lake End Rd, Court Ln and vice versa. The closure is required whilst Works on the M4 Bridge commence on 3 November 2025. The proposed Order will come into operation on 3 November 2025, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.
(Harvest Hill, Hedger) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2025 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Harvest Hill for approx. 75M.
Alternative route: Parish Hill, Kiln Ln, Harvest Hill and vice versa. The closure is required whilst Thames Water works commence on 3 November 2025. The proposed Order will come into operation on 3 November 2025, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.
(Jubilee Rd, Downley) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2025 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Jubilee Rd for approx. 19M. The closure is required whilst a new gas connection is installed by Cadent Gas. The proposed Order will come into operation on 7 November 2025, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.
(Village Rd, Chenies) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2025 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Village Rd for approx. 96M.
Alternative route: Village Rd, Amersham Rd, Chalfont Station Rd, White Lion Rd, Woodside Rd, Sycamore Rd, Bois Ln, Bois Moor Rd, Meteresfield Rd and vice versa. The closure is required whilst Openreach pole and cabling works commence on 7 November 2025. The proposed Order will come into operation on 7 November 2025, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.
(Peterley Ln, Prestwood) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2025 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Peterley Ln for approx. 762M.
Alternative route: Nags Head Ln, Windsor Ln, Heath End Rd, Copes Rd, Stag Ln, Missenden Rd and vice versa. The closure is required whilst a pole replacement programme commences on 8 November 2025. The proposed Order will come into operation on 8 November 2025, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.
(Amersham Rd, High Wycombe) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2025 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Amersham Rd for approx. 96M.
Alternative route: A404, A40, A4128, A413, A404 and vice versa. The closure is required whilst Vodafone network defect works commence on 3 November 2025. The proposed Order will come into operation on 3 November 2025, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.
(Bridge Bank Cl, Loudwater) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2025 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Bridge Bank Cl for approx. 29M. The closure is required whilst Thames Water supply from existing pipe works commence on 1 November 2025. The proposed Order will come into operation on 1 November 2025, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.
(Old Rectory Ln, Denham) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2025 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Old Rectory Ln for approx. 641M.
Alternative route: Old Rectory Ln, Slade Oak Ln, Denham Ln, West Hyde Ln, Slire Ln, Link Rd, Hornhill Rd, Wood Rd, Tilehouse Way, North Orbital Rd, Denham Avenue and vice versa. The closure is required whilst cable installation works commence on 12 November 2025. The proposed Order will come into operation on 12 November 2025, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.
THE COUNCIL INTENDS TO MAKE
The Buckinghamshire Council (Public Footpath No. 35/1, Parish of Iver) (Temporary Footpath Closure) Order 2025 under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, which will temporarily prohibit any person from proceeding in that length of Public Footpath No. 35/1 in the Iver Parish which extends from its junction with public footpaths IVE FP 35/1, IVE FP 28/3 & IVE FP 28/4 to its junction with public footpath IVE FP 35/1, IVE FP 28/3 & IVE FP 28/4. The closure is required whilst a footbridge is replaced due to a failed bridge. The alternative route is via Ford Lane and IVE FP 28/1 & 28/4.
On 7 November 2025, as signed, with a maximum duration of 6 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the soonest.
