PROPOSALS
Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council has made the above Orders on 28 October 2025. The Orders come into operation on the dates detailed in the Schedule below.
SUPPORTING INFORMATION
From 31 August 2025 a copy of this Notice, copies of the Orders, the reasons for the proposals and the Orders being amended, may be inspected online at: www.bcpcouncil.gov.uk/highwayconsultations (search refs P109 or P122) and at the Customer Contact Centre, BCP Council, St Stephen’s Road, Bournemouth, BH2 6EA (by appointment only Monday to Friday 10am to 4pm, contact traffic@bcpcouncil.gov.uk).
REPRESENTATIONS
If you wish to question the validity of the Orders or of any of the provisions contained in them on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act, as amended, or of any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to the Orders, you may within six weeks from 28 October 2025, apply to the High Court for this purpose.

SCHEDULE
Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council (Parking Regulation, On-Street Parking Places and Off-Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2024 (Amendment No. 30) Order 2025
The traffic restrictions advertised and consulted on in the proposals Reference P109 from 16 December 2024 to 31 January 2025 are to be implemented as advertised on: Seabourne Rd outside Nos. 41-45; No. 69; Nos. 71-79, 85; Nos. 117-123, 175-191, 186-192; on Seabourne/Harcourt Rd junction; on Seabourne Rd/Norwood Pl junction; on Cromwell Rd, Seabourne Rd/Darracott Rd junction, and Hosker Rd; on Parkwood Rd adjacent to the public house, adjacent to the side of No. 191 Seabourne Rd, outside Nos. 137-141 and the side of No. 193 Seabourne Rd; on Woodside Rd; on Southbourne Grove outside Nos. 2-15, and west of Pine Ave junction; on Southbourne Rd.
are due to be implemented as amended on Stourvale Rd, Seabourne Rd outside Nos. 55-61, and Harcourt Rd.
are not to be implemented on Norwood Pl adjacent to warehouse, Parkwood Rd outside Nos. 136 & 138, and Irving Rd.
This Order comes into operation on 17 November 2025

The traffic restrictions advertised and consulted on in the proposals Reference P122 from 6 June 2025 to 27 June 2025 are due to be implemented on Hill View Road, Bournemouth. This Order comes into operation on 1 November 2025.
