Consolidation Order 2023

(Amendment No. 22) Order 2025

PROPOSALS

Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council has made the above Order on 21 October 2025, which comes into operation on 4 November 2025 as detailed below.

SUPPORTING INFORMATION

From 31 October 2024 a copy of this Notice, a copy of the Order, the reasons for the proposal and the Order being amended, may be inspected online at: http://www.bcpcouncil.gov.uk/highwayconsultations (search ref S110) and at the Customer Contact Centre, BCP Council, St Stephen’s Road, Bournemouth, BH2 6EA (by appointment only Monday to Friday 10am to 4pm, contact: traffic@bcpcouncil.gov.uk).

REPRESENTATIONS

If you wish to question the validity of the Order or of any of the provisions contained in them on the grounds that they are not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act, as amended, or of any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to the Order, you may within six weeks from 21 October 2025, apply to the High Court for this purpose.

SCHEDULE

Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council (Traffic Movement and Speed Limit Regulations) Consolidation Order 2023 (Amendment No. 22) Order 2025

The traffic restrictions on the following roads advertised and consulted on in the proposal reference S110 from 13 June 2025 to 4 July 2025 are due to be implemented on: Ringwood Road BH11, Upton Road BH17.
