Gorchymyn Sir Powys (Ffyrdd Amrywiol, Crew Green a Choedway) (Terfyn Cyflymder 30 MYA, 40 MYA a Ffyrdd Cyfyngedig) 202_

Mae Cyngor Sir Powys yn cynnig gwneud Gorchymyn o dan Adrannau 82 ac 84 o Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984.

Effaith y gorchymyn yw: -

1. ei gwneud yn anghyfreithlon i yrru’n gyflymach na 30 mya ar hyd y B4393 o bwynt tua 50 metr i’r gorllewin o’i chyffordd â’r C2198 Ffordd Cefn-y-Bryn am oddeutu 430 metr tua’r dwyrain hyd at bwynt oddeutu 181 metr i’r gorllewin o’i chyffordd â’r U2942 Bryn Mawr.

2. ei gwneud hi’n anghyfreithlon i yrru ar gyflymder sy’n fwy na 40mya ar hyd:

a) y B4393 o bwynt tua 181 metr i’r gorllewin o’i chyffordd â’r U2942 Bryn Mawr am oddeutu 1.39 cilometr i gyfeiriad y de-ddwyrain yn gyffredinol hyd at bwynt oddeutu 250 metr i’r gogledd-orllewin o’i chyffordd â’r U2261 Coedlan.

b) y B4393 o bwynt tua 50 metr i’r gorllewin o’i chyffordd â’r C2198 Ffordd Cefn-y-Bryn am bellter o oddeutu 481 metr i gyfeiriad y gorllewin.

3. gwneud yr hyd cyfan o ffordd stad dai Severn View yn ffordd gyfyngedig at ddibenion Adran 81 o’r Ddeddf.

The County of Powys (Various Roads, Crew Green and Coedway) (30 MPH, 40 MPH and Restricted Roads Speed Limit) Order 202_

Powys County Council proposes to make an Order under Sections 82 and 84 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

The effect of the order is to: -

1. make it unlawful to drive at a speed exceeding 30mph along the B4393 from a point approximately 50 metres west of its junction with the C2198 Cefn-y-Bryn Road for a distance of approximately 430 metres in an easterly direction to a point approximately 181 metres west of its junction with the U2942 Bryn Mawr.

2. make it unlawful to drive at a speed exceeding 40mph along:

a) the B4393 from a point approximately 181 metres west of its junction with the U2942 Bryn Mawr for a distance of approximately 1.39 kilometres in a generally south-easterly direction to a point approximately 250 metres north-west of its junction with the U2261 Coedlan.

b) the B4393 from a point approximately 50 metres west of its junction with the C2198 Cefn-y-Bryn Road for a distance of approximately 481 metres in a westerly direction.

3. make the entire length of the Severn View housing estate road a restricted road for the purposes of Section 81 of the Act.

Objections and other representations to the proposed Order must be sent in writing to the undersigned by the 30th November 2025.
