TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990 SECTION 247

ARNAL CRESCENT

THE LONDON BOROUGH OF WANDSWORTH hereby gives notice that it proposes to make an Order under Section 247 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 to authorise the stopping up of the highway described in the First Schedule.

IF THE ORDER IS MADE, the stopping-up will be authorised to enable the development described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be carried out in accordance with the planning permission granted under Part III of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 by the London Borough of Wandsworth on 26 January 2022 under local planning authority reference 2021/4704.

COPIES OF THE DRAFT ORDER AND RELEVANT PLAN MAY BE INSPECTED FREE OF CHARGE between 09:00 and 17:00 during a period of 28 days commencing on Thursday 30 October 2025 at Wandsworth Town Hall, Wandsworth High Street, London SW18 2PU.

ANY PERSON MAY OBJECT to the making of the proposed Order by writing to the Director of Environment and Community Services, London Borough of Wandsworth, The Town Hall, Wandsworth High Street, SW18 2PU quoting reference 2021/4704. Any objection must be received by Thursday 28 November 2025. In preparing an objection it should be borne in mind that the substance of it may be imparted to other persons who may be affected by it, and those persons may wish to communicate with the objector about it.

The area outlined in black and hatched in black on the plan entitled “Site Plans – Stopping Up Order,” measuring 55.64 square metres in total, with a length of 8.6m in a direction north to south at the longest point and 7.8m in a direction west to east at its widest point.
