THE FIFE COUNCIL (THE LINKS/GIBSON
PLACE, ST ANDREWS) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF USE) ORDER 2025
Fife Council has made an Order under the Road
Traffic Regulation Act 1984 –
(i) prohibiting the use by vehicular traffic of The Links (at jct with Gibson Pl and Station Rd); and
Gibson Pl/Station Rd (at jct with The Links); and
(ii) temporarily rescinding the one-way traffic systems on The Links and Grannie Clarks Wynd to allow two-way traffic to proceed.
The Order is to allow drainage works to be carried out in safety and will be operational from 11/11/25 to 09/12/25 or until earlier completion of the works. The alternative route for through traffic will be via Gibson Pl, Links Cres, Grannie Clarks Wynd and The Links.
