LONDON BOROUGH OF SUTTON

1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Sutton propose to make the following Order The Sutton (Parking, Waiting, Loading and Stopping Restrictions) (Amendment No. ) Order 202 under sections 6, 45, 46, 49 and 124 (insofar as applicable) to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, and all other powers thereunto enabling

2. The general effect of the Order would be to:–

(a) introduce no waiting and no loading/unloading restrictions operating ‘at any time’ (double yellow lines) in Diamond Jubilee Way opposite No. 1, outside Nos. 6 to 8, and rear of Barrow Avenue (located on Diamond Jubilee Way) Nos 1.1a, 1b, 9, 11, 27 and adjacent No. 44, East Drive

(b) introduce waiting restrictions (single yellow lines) in Diamond Jubilee Way operating Monday to Friday between 8am and 10am and between 2pm and 4pm adjacent 55 East Drive

(c) introduce waiting restrictions (single yellow lines) in Diamond Jubilee Way operating Monday to Friday between 8.30am and 9am and between 2pm and 3pm outside Nos 9 to 13 and adjacent No. 19

(d) introduce waiting restrictions (single yellow lines) in Fountain Drive operating Monday to Friday between 8am and 9am and between 2pm and 3pm outside Nos 8 to 10 and 12 to 14

(e) remove the existing Bus Bay in Damson Way opposite Nos 1 to 6 Holm Oak Court

Copies of the proposed Order, of the Council’s Statement of Reasons for proposing to make the Order and plans showing the locations and the effects of the proposals may be inspected at the Council’s Civic Offices, St Nicholas Way, Sutton, SM1 1EA. Copies can also be obtained by calling 020 8770 5000.
