ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Sutton on 27 October 2025 made the following Order The Sutton (Moving Traffic Restrictions) (Amendment No. 13) Order 2025 under section 6 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, and all other powers thereunto enabling.
The general effect of the Order will be to reduce a length of “school street” in Beddington Gardens on its southern arm to the west of Boundary Road from that junction to the western side of the pedestrian entrance to Wood field and Oak Field primary school.
A copy of the Order that will come into force on 3 November 2025, of the Council’s Statement of Reasons for making the Order may be inspected at the Council’s Civic Offices, St Nicholas Way, Sutton, SM1 1EA. Copies can also be obtained by calling 020 8770 5000.
If any person wishes to question the validity of this Order or any of their provisions on the grounds that they are not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984; or that any requirement of the said Act of 1984; or of any instrument made under the said Act of 1984 has not been complied with, that person may, within 6 weeks from the date on which the Order were made, apply for the purpose to the High Court.
