Highways Act 1980 Section 119, Herefordshire Council, Public Footpath CZ1 (Part) Craswall, Public Path Diversion Order 2025

The above order made on 25th September 2025 under Section 119 of the Highways Act 1980 will divert that length of Footpath CZ1 (Part) in the Parish of Craswall running from OS Grid Reference SO 2876 3456 to OS Grid Reference SO 2874 3464. An alternative footpath will be created, being 2 metres in width, running from OS Grid Reference SO 2876 3456 to OS Grid Reference SO 2874 3464.

Your details may be made available to third parties.

If no such representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, the Council may confirm the order as an unopposed order. If the order is sent to the Secretary of State, Department of Environment Food and Rural Affairs for confirmation, any representations or objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the order.
