Folkestone, Multiple Planning Applications

What is happening?

THE TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT PROCEDURE) (ENGLAND) ORDER 2015

The following applications have been submitted for consideration by the Council:

25/1847/FH - FLAT 1, 3 GRIMSTON AVENUE CT20 2QE - Replacement of front, side and rear windows.

25/1877/FH - LAND AT HURRICANE WAY, HAWKINGE - Variation of condition 1 (approved plans) of planning permission Y18/1476/FH to allow for realignment of the perimeter boundary walkway.

25/1920/FH - TOWN HALL, HIGH STREET, HYTHE, CT21 5AJ - Repair and replacement of windows including individual double glazed panes and retaining historic glass panes. Installation of flag brackets on the front elevation and new fan light obscured glazing over side fire escape door.

25/1922/FH - 22-26 Dover Road & 3 Mill Bay, Folkestone, CT20 1JQ - Change of use & conversion of part of the existing offices into four self-contained flats with associated alterations, including the replacement of the existing shop fronts.

25/1925/FH - TOWN HALL, HIGH STREET, HYTHE, CT21 5AJ - Listed Building Consent for the repair and replacement of windows including individual double glazed panes and retaining historic glass panes. Installation of flag brackets on the front elevation and new fan light obscured glazing over side fire escape door.

Representations can be made in writing either on line on the Council’s website, by email to planning@folkestone-hythe.gov.uk or in writing to the Chief Planning Officer, Folkestone & Hythe District Council, Civic Centre, Castle Hill Avenue, Folkestone, Kent, CT20 2QY.  Please always quote the application reference number.  Comments should be made in writing within 21 days from the date of publication.  Please note that any representations received will be publically viewable on the Council’s website.

The applications marked (*) do not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated.
