Dollis Hill Lane, Brent - Temporary Road Closure and Footway Restriction due to Utility Works

What is happening?

LONDON BOROUGH OF BRENT

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14(1) (as amended)

DOLLIS HILL LANE

(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 202*

The Council of the London Borough of Brent hereby give notice that, to facilitate installation of a new air valve and associated works in Dollis Hill Lane, they intend to make an Order the effect of which would be to:-

(a) prohibit vehicles proceeding in a general north-easterly direction on Dollis Hill Lane upon reaching its junction with Conway Road from proceeding further in Dollis Hill Lane;

(b) prohibit pedestrians from entering or proceeding in the length of the north-western footway of Dollis Hill Lane, which lies between a point 2.00 metres south-west of a point opposite the party wall of Nos. 338 and 340 Dollis Hill Lane and a point 4.00 metres south-west of a point opposite the party wall of Nos. 342 and 344 Dollis Hill Lane; when and where appropriate traffic signs are being displayed.

The prohibitions referred to in (a) and (b) above would apply between 17th November 2025 and 20th November 2025 inclusive, or until the said works are completed, whichever is the earlier.

Access to premises in or adjacent to Dollis Hill Lane would be maintained insofar as access is reasonably practicable without interference with the said works.

Vehicular traffic affected by the prohibitions referred to in (a) above should proceed as indicated by traffic signs.

Pedestrians affected by the prohibitions referred to in (b) above should proceed as indicated by traffic signs.
