St Peters Road, Netherton - Temporary Closure

What is happening?

DUDLEY METROPOLITAN BOROUGH COUNCIL
ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 SECTION 14(1)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Dudley Metropolitan Borough Council intends to make the following Order,
Dudley Metropolitan Borough Council (Temporary Closure of St Peters Road, Netherton) Order 2025 the effect of which is to temporarily prohibit any vehicle proceeding on St Peters Road, Netherton, for the purpose of safely facilitating sewerage works being carried out on or near the affected road. The order will come into operation on 17.11.202 and will remain in force until 28.11.2025 or until the works are completed, whichever is the earlier. The maximum duration of the order is 18 months. Traffic will be diverted via: Darby End Road, Thistlegreen Road, and Withymoor Road.
Dudley Metropolitan Borough Council (Temporary Closure of side roads along Stream Road, Kingswinford) Order 2025 the effect of which is to temporarily prohibit any vehicle proceeding on Stream Road (service road), Lesley Drive, Auckland Road, Beaubrook Gardens, Hollyhurst Drive, and Ashdown Drive, at their junctions with Stream Road, Kingswinford, for the purpose of carriageway resurfacing being carried out on or near the affected road. The order will come into operation on 20.11.2025 and will remain in force until 05.12.2025 or until the works are completed, whichever is the earlier. The maximum duration of the order is 18 months. No diversion route is required. Closures will be short duration only. Traffic will be directed by marshalls. Access to frontages and for emergency vehicles will be maintained where safe to do so.
