Proposed Order: To close that part of U13601 Egg Ln from its junction with A450 Worcester Rd to its junction with C2017 Drayton Ln.

Reason: Carriageway patching for surface dressing including civils work over multiple phases by WCC.

Alternative route: U13601 Egg Ln (part), A450 Worcester Rd, B4188 Hackmans Gate Ln, C2017 Drayton Ln and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 2 days between 20 November 2025 and 3 December 2025.

Order made: To close that part of C2129 Habberley Rd from its junction with C2129 Hoarstone Ln to its junction with U13007 Valley Cl.

Reason: Drainage Work / Flood Alleviation by WCC.

Reason: Tree/vegetation maintenance by WCC.

Reason: Dropped kerb for new vehicle crossing by WCC.

Closure 2 — C2126 Crown Lane from its junction with C2061 Rocky Ln for a distance of 70 metres in a northerly direction.

Reason: Gas main replacement by Cadent.

Reason: Protection guard rail installation and repair by WCC.

(Wyre Forest District – Bewdley area) (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2007 (Variation) Order 2025

[Prohibition of waiting on B4190 Kidderminster Road/Spencer Avenue, Bewdley]

On 16 October 2025, Worcestershire County Council made an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit waiting at any time on the following lengths and sides of roads in Bewdley:

B4190 Kidderminster Road: from its junction with Spencer Avenue, Bewdley for a distance 15 metres in a south westerly direction and 11.5 metres in a north easterly direction.

The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons’ vehicles.

The Order will come into operation on 6 November 2025.

A copy of the Order, relevant map and Statement of Reasons for making the Order may be downloaded at the Wyre Forest Public Notice Page on the Worcestershire County Council Website or inspected at Kidderminster Library, Market Street, Kidderminster DY10 1AD and Wildwood, Wildwood Drive, Worcester WR5 2QT during normal office hours.

The validity of the Council’s powers in making the Order or this exercise of them may be questioned by application to the High Court within 6 weeks from the date on which the Order was made.
