(PROHIBITION OF VEHICLES) ORDER 2025
NOTICE is given that on 27 October 2025 Oxfordshire County Council made the above order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the Order for road safety reasons, which comes into force on 3 November is to close the (currently gated) crossover gap in the central reservation of the A40 London Road dual carriageway, which serves the junction with the B4027 Wheatley Road to Forest Hill.

Hard copies may be made available on request.If you wish to question the validity of this Order or of any provision contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirement of this Act or of any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to this Order, you may within six weeks from 27 October 2025 apply to the High Court for this purpose.
