Western edge of the Junction 5 Roundabout for the M65, including A6077/Diversion route for affected traffic will be via Haslingden Road, Grimshaw Park, Park Road, Lower Audley Street, Higher Audley Street, Copy Nook, Bottomgate, Furthergate, Carl Fogarty Way, Red Lion Roundabout, A6119, Whitebirk Roundabout, M65 Junction 6
/Diversion route for affected traffic will be via
Southbound, Guide Interchange
M65 Junction 5 Roundabout North Section/Diversion route for affected traffic will be via Haslingden Road, Grimshaw Park, Russell Street, Great Bolton Street, Park Road, Lower Audley Street, Higher Audley Street, Copy Nook, Bottomgate, Furthergate, Carl Fogarty Way, Red Lion Roundabout, A6119 Western and Southern edge of Junction 5 of M65 Roundabout including Southern approach of the B6232/Diversion route for affected traffic will be via Haslingden Road, Knuzden Brook, Bank Lane, Shadsworth Road, Whitebirk Road, Red Lion Roundabout, A6119, Whitebirk Roundabout, M65 Junction 6 Southbound, Guide Interchange

The closures are necessary for the following reason: Health and Safety while GPR Surveying the roundabout.

The Order will come into force on 13th November 2025 and shall continue in force for a period of eighteen months or until the works are completed, whichever is the earlier. However, it is anticipated that the works will be completed by 11th December 2025. Access for emergency vehicles and pedestrians will be maintained at all times.
