(Priest’s Road, Swanage) Order 2025
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of Dorset has made an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended.
When the Order comes into operation on 7th November 2025, the effect of the Order will be to introduce no waiting at any time and no loading at any time restrictions along part of Priest’s Road, Swanage.

Contact regulation-tro@dorsetcouncil.gov.uk or telephone 01305 221000 and ask for the Traffic Regulation Team for booking details or if you require more information.
If you wish to question the validity of the Order or any provisions contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act or of any Instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to the Order you may within six weeks of the date of this Notice apply to the High Court for that purpose.
