Temporary Closure Of Part Of The U8900 Boswell Lane, Hadleigh

Suffolk County Council intends to make an order closing the U8900 Boswell Lane, Hadleigh from Rosenhalt to no. 8 to facilitate stop tap replacements. Other co-ordinated works may also take place during this period.

Access will be open for pedestrians and cyclists.

The diversion route will be: Calais Street, the B1070, Aldham Road, Boswell Lane and vice versa.

It is intended that the closure will operate from 10/11/2025 - 11/11/2025 but, if necessary, the order may remain in force for 18 months (or longer if extended by the Minister). Enquiries should be made to: TBF Traffic, Tel: (01449) 490865.

Temporary 30mph Speed Restriction On Part Of The A137 Ipswich Road, Wherstead

Suffolk County Council has made an order for a temporary 30mph speed restriction on the A137 Ipswich Road, Wherstead from 100 metres north of The Street for 400 metres southbound to facilitate assisting with heavy plant crossing and signage on the highway. Other co-ordinated works may also take place during this period.

It is intended that this measure will operate from 31/10/2025 - 28/08/2026 but, if necessary, the order may remain in force for 18 months (or longer if extended by the Minister).Enquiries should be made to: Anglian Water SPA, Tel: 07423 483649.

Temporary Closure Of Part Of The C417 Hyams Lane, Holbrook

Suffolk County Council intends to make an order closing the C417 Hyams Lane, Holbrook from 200 metres west of Hyam House for 80 metres westbound to facilitate trial hole works. Other co-ordinated works may also take place during this period.

Access will be open for pedestrians and cyclists.

The diversion route will be: Hyams Lane, the B1080, the A137, Ipswich Road, Coxhall Road and vice versa.

Temporary Closure Of Part Of The C654 Moulton Road, Gazeley

Suffolk County Council intends to make an order closing the C654 Moulton Road, Gazeley from no. 8 for 100 metres westbound to facilitate the installation of a new foul sewer. Other co-ordinated works may also take place during this period.

Access will be open for pedestrians and cyclists.

The diversion route will be: Moulton Road, Gazeley Road, the B1085, the B1506, Mill Road and vice versa.

Suffolk County Council intends to make an order closing the U6405 Fen Street, Hopton from Pump House for 30 metres eastbound to facilitate water pipe repairs. Other co-ordinated works may also take place during this period.

The diversion route will be: Nethergate Street, the B1111, Hollow Lane and vice versa.

Suffolk County Council intends to make an order closing the U8031 Cockfield Road, Thorpe Morieux from the junction with Lavenham Road for 360 metres north westbound to facilitate hedge cutting. Other co-ordinated works may also take place during this period.

Access will be open for pedestrians and cyclists.

The diversion route will be: Earls Hall Road, the A1141, Hill Green, Lavenham Road and vice versa.

Temporary Closure Of Part Of The A1141 Cross Green, Cockfield

Suffolk County Council intends to make an order closing the A1141 Cross Green, Cockfield from Hope House to Lanterns to facilitate the installation of a fibre network. Other co-ordinated works may also take place during this period.

Access will be open for pedestrians and cyclists.

The diversion route will be the: B1071, the B1115, the A134 and vice versa.

It is intended that the closure will operate from 11/11/2025 – 19/11/2025 but, if necessary, the order may remain in force for 18 months (or longer if extended by the Minister).

Suffolk County Council intends to make an order closing the C449 Park Road, Combs from 340 metres west of the junction with Tannery Road for 30 metres westbound to facilitate stop tap replacements. Other co-ordinated works may also take place during this period.

Access will be open for pedestrians and cyclists.

The diversion route will be: Tannery Road, Moats Tye, Deadmans Lane and vice versa.

Temporary Closure Of Part Of The B1078 Ashe Road, Tunstall

Suffolk County Council intends to make an order closing the B1078 Ashe Road, Tunstall from Street Farm Close to Hocket Crescent to facilitate jetting and an investigation to prevent flooding. Other co-ordinated works may also take place during this period.

Access will be open for pedestrians and cyclists.

The diversion route will be the: A12, the A1094, the B1069 Church Road, Snape Road, Orford Road, the B1078 Ashe Road and vice versa.

It is intended that the closure will operate from 10/11/2025 – 11/11/2025 from 9:00am – 3:00pm but, if necessary, the order may remain in force for 18 months (or longer if extended by the Minister).

Temporary Closure Of Part Of The C621 Rattlers Road, Brandon

Suffolk County Council intends to make an order closing the C621 Rattlers Road, Brandon from the junction with the B1106 for 50 metres north westbound to facilitate installing new ducts in the footway. Other co-ordinated works may also take place during this period.

Access will be open for pedestrians and cyclists.

The diversion route will be: Rattlers Road, the A1065, the B1106 and vice versa.

Temporary Closure And Suspension Of One-Way Traffic On Part Of The U1069 Princes Street, Ipswich

Suffolk County Council intends to make an order closing the U1069 Princes Street, Ipswich from Museum Street to Coytes Gardens to facilitate water remedial works. Other co-ordinated works may also take place during this period.

Access will be open for pedestrians and cyclists.

The diversion route will be: Friars Street, Queen Street and no vice versa.

For the duration of this closure there will be a suspension of the one-way provision on the U1069 Princes Street, Ipswich to allow access and egress.

Temporary Closure Of Part Of The U3630 Angel Lane, Woodbridge

Suffolk County Council intends to make an order closing the U3630 Angel Lane, Woodbridge from the junction with Chapel Street to the junction with Theatre Street to facilitate the laying of a 10 metre duct. Other co-ordinated works may also take place during this period.

Access will be open for pedestrians and cyclists.

The diversion route will be: Chapel Street, New Street, St Johns Street, Lime Kiln Quay Road, Quayside, Quay Street, Church Street, Market Hill, Theatre Street and vice versa.

Temporary Closure And Suspension Of 7.5 Tonnes Weight Restriction On Part Of The U5301 Braiseworth Road And The C547 Stoke Road, Braiseworth And Stoke Ash

Suffolk County Council intends to make an order closing the U5301 Braiseworth Road, Braiseworth from 130 metres south of Clay Lane for 30 metres southbound to facilitate repairs to a district meter. Other co-ordinated works may also take place during this period.

Access will be open for pedestrians and cyclists.

The diversion route will be: Clay Lane, Stoke Road and vice versa.

For the duration of this closure there will be a suspension of the 7.5 tonnes weight restriction on the C547 Stoke Road, Stoke Ash from the junction with the A140 to Braiseworth Road.

Suffolk County Council intends to make an order closing the U4115 Pin Mill Road, Chelmondiston from the junction with the B1456 to The Old Bakery to facilitate a water main replacement project. Other co-ordinated works may also take place during this period.

The diversion route will be: Hallow Lane, Church Road, the B1456 and vice versa.

The diversion route will be the: B1077, the A140 and vice versa.

It is intended that the closure will operate from 10/11/2025 – 12/12/2025 but, if necessary, the order may remain in force for 18 months (or longer if extended by the Minister).

It is intended that the closure will operate from 10/11/2025 – 19/11/2025 but, if necessary, the order may remain in force for 18 months (or longer if extended by the Minister).

It is intended that the closure will operate from 10/11/2025 – 05/12/2025 but, if necessary, the order may remain in force for 18 months (or longer if extended by the Minister).

Access will be open for pedestrians and cyclists.

The diversion route will be: Green Road, The Street, Church Street, Elmswell Road, the A1088 from the District Boundary to the A14, Woolpit Road, Church Road, the road near Tithehurst Farm, Woolpit Road, Tostock Road and vice versa.

It is intended that the closure will operate on 11/11/2025 from 8am – 1pm. If necessary, the order may remain in force for 18 months (or longer if extended by the Minister).
