Introducing a Monday–Friday 9am to 5pm Parking Places, providing a limited parking period of 120 minutes with 60 minutes ‘No Return’ period, in The Grove, York, on its north east side between points 182 metres and 198 metres south east from the projected south eastern kerbline of Tadcaster Road.21.
Formalising existing Disabled Person’s (Blue Badge) Parking Place on the south east side of Hope Street, York, between points 232 metres and 239 metres (terminal point of existing ‘No Waiting 8am–6pm’ restriction) south west from the projected south western kerbline of Walmgate, thereby revoking the existing residents priority parking bay restrictions from within that length22.
Revoking the 8am–8pm 1 hour Pay & Display parking amenity from Queen Anne’s Road, York, on its north east side, as follows:(a) between points 2 metres and 16 metres east from the projected south eastern kerbline of North Parade,
(b) between points 24 metres and 36 metres south east from the projected south eastern kerbline of North Parade,
(c) between points 9 metres and 21 metres north west from the projected south eastern kerbline of North Parade,
- thereby creating residents parking bays for all classes of R33 permit holders.
