Station Road, Liss – Temporary Road Closure due to Utility Connection Works
What is happening?
TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE – STATION ROAD, LISS, EAST HAMPSHIRE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Hampshire County Council intends to make an order under S.14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to allow works to be carried out on or near the road.
ROAD TO BE CLOSED: that part of Station Road between its junction with Western Road and its junction with Hill Brow Road.
ALTERNATIVE ROUTE: Station Road, Hill Brow Road, London Road, Farnham Road, Station Road.
DURATION OF ORDER: from Monday 10th November 2025 for a period of 6 months or until completion of the works whichever is sooner. (Notwithstanding, it is expected that the closure will be required for no longer than 2 days and this order will be in operation 24 hours a day).
The Temporary Road Closure has been granted by Hampshire County Council to facilitate works for South East Water to complete 2 new connections.
