What is happening?

NORTHUMBERLAND COUNTY COUNCIL

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984

(CAUSEY HILL ROAD HEXHAM 40 MPH SPEED RESTRICTION) ORDER 2025 (TROM_333)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Northumberland County Council intends to make the above-named Order under Sections 81 to 84 and Part III and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

The effect of the Order, if made, will be to introduce a 40 miles per hour speed restriction on the following length of highway in Hexham in the County of Northumberland:-

41301773 CAUSEY HILL ROAD HEXHAM At a point 125 metres south west of its junction with Collingwood Drive to its junction with Yarridge Road 392661, 563039 to 392516, 562344

Exemptions are included in the Order for police, fire and rescue, ambulance and special forces purposes.
