(CAUSEY HILL ROAD HEXHAM 40 MPH SPEED RESTRICTION) ORDER 2025 (TROM_333)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Northumberland County Council intends to make the above-named Order under Sections 81 to 84 and Part III and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

The effect of the Order, if made, will be to introduce a 40 miles per hour speed restriction on the following length of highway in Hexham in the County of Northumberland:-

Exemptions are included in the Order for police, fire and rescue, ambulance and special forces purposes.

A copy of the draft Order, together with a plan and any other relevant documents, notices or Orders as appropriate as well as a Statement of the Council’s Reasons for proposing to make the Order are available to view or download on the NCC Website https://www.northumberland.gov.uk/roads-and-streets/traffic-management-orders-proposals-and-consultations/traffic-regulation-orders
