What is happening?

HIGHWAYS ACT 1980 – SECTIONS 90 A – F
WALSALL METROPOLITAN BOROUGH
ROAD HUMP NOTICE

Notice is hereby given that Walsall Metropolitan Borough Council in exercise of powers conferred by Section 90A to 90F of the Highways Act 1980 propose to introduce traffic features at the following locations.
Speed Cushions (2.8m long x 1.8m* wide x 75mm high) *width may be reduced to 1.6m min where site is constrained.
Thames Road – 17 metres north of its junction with Barracks Lane, 15 metres southwest of its junction with Smithfield Road, 60 metres northeast of its junction with Smithfield Road, 52 metres southwest of its junction with Dee Road, 46 metres northeast of its junction with Dee Road, 55 metres southwest of its junction with Mersey Road, 35 metres northeast of its junction with Mersey Road.
Chantry Avenue - 37 metres southeast of its junction with Field Road, 52 metres northwest of its junction with Stanley Street, 35 metres southeast of its junction with Guild Avenue, 76 metres southeast of its junction with Guild Avenue, 58 metres north west of its junction with Well Lane, 32 metres southeast of its junction with Penderel Street, 20 metres south east of its junction with Stanley Street, 28 metres north west of its junction with Valley Road, 33 metres south east of its junction with Valley Road, 30 metres north west of its junction with Blakenall Lane.
Blakenall Lane - 26 metres northeast of its junction with St Clements Avenue, 53 metres northeast of its junction with Chantry Avenue, 26 metres northeast of its junction with Bloxwich Road, 107 metres northeast of its junction with Bloxwich Road, 167 metres northeast of its junction with Bloxwich Road

Road hump with drainage channels (2.5m long x 3.7m wide x 75mm high)
Chantry Avenue - 40 metres southeast of its junction with Blakenall Lane, 118 metres northwest of its junction with Guild Avenue, 63 metres northwest of its junction with Guild Avenue.
