(20 MPH SPEED LIMIT) ORDER 2025
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Walsall Metropolitan Borough Council proposes to make an Order under the provisions of Section 84 and Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
Restrictions under the Order
Prohibition of driving at a speed in excess of 20 miles per hour on those roads as listed in Schedule 1 of this Notice.

A copy of the Order, together with maps showing the roads subject to the Order and a statement of the Council’s reasons for making the Order may, by appointment, be examined at the offices of Walsall Council, The Civic Centre, Darwall Street, WALSALL during normal office hours.

Any formal observations, either supporting or objecting to the proposed Order, should be sent in writing (quoting ref: GW/2265/5997) to the Traffic Management Team, 2nd Floor Civic Centre, Darwall Street, Walsall, WS1 1DG or to the email address
by no later than 21 November 2025.
