(AMENDMENT NO.13) ORDER 2025
105383 MENSTON VILLAGE
NOTICE is hereby given that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council made the above Order on 28 October 2025 under their powers contained in the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the general effect of which is to introduce, amend or remove the following: -
i. ‘NO WAITING AT ANY TIME’ restrictions on lengths of:
Derry Hill, Derry Lane, Plover Field, Main Street, East Parade / Garth Grove, Bradford Road / Corn Mill and Bradford Road / Endor Crescent.
ii. ‘LIMITED WAITING PARKING’ restrictions, 8am-6pm, 20 minutes No return within 30 minutes on a length of East Parade.
The Order comes into force on 3 November 2025. A copy of the Order together with documents giving more detailed particulars may be: examined during normal office hours at the Customer Services Reception, Ground Floor, City Hall, Bradford BD1 1HY; or examined on the Council’s website at https://www.bradford.gov.uk/transport-and-travel/highways/traffic-regulation-order/; or obtained from Senior Engineer, Craig Williams, Traffic & Road Safety (North), by email craig.williams@bradford.gov.uk quoting reference number THN/105383/TRO/NW-1A to 6A.
If you wish to question the validity of the Order, or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirements of that Act or of any instrument made under it, have not been complied with in relation to the Order, you may, within six weeks from the date upon which the Order was made (i.e.28 October 2025) apply to the High Court for that purpose.
