Woodhouse Road, Keighley - Temporary Road Closure due to Water Works

CITY OF BRADFORD METROPOLITAN DISTRICT COUNCIL

WOODHOUSE ROAD, KEIGHLEY

TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC ORDER

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council by reason of water works to be executed on or near Woodhouse Road, Keighley has made the above-named Order the effect of which is that no person shall proceed in the length of Woodhouse Road from a point outside No. 57 Woodhouse Road to a point outside No. 69 Woodhouse Road.

PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on the said length of road.

Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times.

Alternative routes for vehicular traffic affected by the Order are available via Woodhouse Road (Unaffected section), Hainworth Wood Road, Haincliffe Road, South Street and vice versa.

The Order comes into operation at 22:00 hours on the 5th of November 2025 and remains in force until 06:00 hours on the 6th of November 2025 (although the closure can remain in force for up to eighteen months if necessary).
