Streetway Road, Over Wallop - Temporary Road Closure due to New Utility Connection Works

What is happening?

TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE – STREETWAY ROAD, OVER WALLOP, TEST VALLEY

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Hampshire County Council intends to make an order under S.14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to allow works to be carried out on or near the road.

ROAD TO BE CLOSED: that part of Streetway Road between its junction with Salisbury Road and its junction with Locke Close.

ALTERNATIVE ROUTE: Mount Hermon Road.

DURATION OF ORDER: from Wednesday 12th November 2025 for a period of 6 months or until completion of the works whichever is sooner. (Notwithstanding, it is expected that the closure will be required for no longer than 3 days and this order will be in operation 24 hours a day).

The Temporary Road Closure has been granted by Hampshire County Council to facilitate works for SEE to complete new connection. If there are any queries or enquiries regarding this Order please contact: chris.kopiera@see.com
