(Fernhurst: Marley Lane)

(Temporary Closure) Order 2025

NOTICE is hereby given that not less than 7 days from the date of this Notice WSCC intends to make an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to close a length of Marley Lane between Marley Lane Access Road and Lime Tree Cottage.

The Order is necessary to protect public safety whilst electrical upgrade works are undertaken

The Order came into effect on 17 November 2025 and will last for 18 months or until the proposed works are completed, whichever is earlier. It is anticipated the works will commence on or after 17 November 2025 and will take until April 2026 to complete. Access for residents will be maintained from one end only. Any queries about the works to take place should be directed to Durkin & Sons telephone number 07969 261394. Any queries about the effect of the Order on vehicles using the highway should be directed to WSCC, telephone number 01243 642105.

(Aldwick: Barrack Lane)

(Temporary Closure) Order 2025

NOTICE is hereby given that not less than 7 days from the date of this notice, WSCC intends to make an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to temporarily close Barrack Lane in Aldwick, from its junction with Fernhurst Gardens, northwards for 15M.

The road closure is needed to allow a new gas main connection to be installed in safety.

The Order will come into effect on 17 November 2025 and remain in force until 5 December 2025. Once made, the Order may remain in force for up to 18 months, or until the proposed works are completed, whichever is earlier.

During the operative periods of this Order alternative routes for vehicles will be indicated on site. Access to properties on the affected length of road will be maintained at all times. (Chichester: Brandy Hole Lane)

(Temporary Closure) Order 2025

NOTICE is hereby given that WSCC made an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to close Brandy Hole Lane between West Broyle Road and Warren Farm Lane.

The Order is necessary to protect public safety whilst gas mains replacement works are undertaken.

The Order will come into effect on 3 November 2025 and will last for 18 months or until the proposed works are completed, whichever is earlier. It is anticipated works will commence on or after 3 November 2025 and will take 3 weeks to complete. Any queries about the works to take place should be directed to SGN, telephone number 07970 021454. Any queries about the effect of the Order on vehicles using the highway should be directed to WSCC, telephone number 01243 642105.
