ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 – SECTION 14(1)
U10 TOFTS LANE HORNCLIFFE
U10 THE CRESCENT HORNCLIFFE
(TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE) ORDER 2025
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Northumberland County Council intends to
make an Order to prohibit the use by vehicular traffic on the following sections of roads in Hornclffe in the County of Northumberland.
• U10 Tofts Lane closed for its entirety from its junction with Main Street.
• U10 The Crescent closed for its entirety from its junction with Tofts Lane.
The Order is to be effective from the 20th November 2025 until the 20th April 2026.
It is expected that the road will only be closed from the 20th November 2025 until the 24th November 2025 between the hours of 08:00 and 17:00 during this period; however, the order will remain in place until 20th April 2026.
An alternative route will be available for use whilst the TTRO is in force being
Main Street and vice-versa and should the need arise changes may be made to the alternative routes, where possible these changes will be signposted
accordingly.

The closure has been requested by Northumberland County Council as part of the LTP scheme to carry out resurfacing of the carriageway. In order to minimise future disruption, other contractors may be undertaking works throughout the duration of this Order.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 – SECTION 14(1)
U1086 INGRAM JUNCTION TO HARTSIDE INGRAM
(TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE) ORDER 2025
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Northumberland County Council intend to
make an Order to prohibit the use by vehicular traffic on that section of the U1086 Ingram Junction to Hartside Ingram from its junction with Ingram Berwick Borough Restricted Byway 035 heading in a easterly direction for a distance of 745 metres in the County of Northumberland.
The Order is to be effective from the 24th November 2025 until the 1st December 2025.
It is expected that the road will only be closed from the 24th November 2025 until the 25th November 2025 between the 08:30 hours and 16:30 hours during this period; however, the order will remain in place until 1st December 2025.
There is no alternative route for vehicular traffic.

The closure has been requested by Dutton Traffic Management Services for overhead pole maintenance works. In order to minimise future disruption, other contractors may be undertaking works throughout the duration of this Order.

C60 CRAG MILL ROAD BELFORD
(TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE) ORDER 2025
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Northumberland County Council intends to
make an Order to prohibit the use by vehicular traffic on that section of the C60 Crag Mill Road Belford for a distance of 20 metres either side of the level crossing in the County of Northumberland.
The Order is to be effective from the 23rd November 2025 until the 25th November 2025.
It is expected that the road will only be closed from 23rd November 2025 until the 24th November 2025 between the hours of 23:00 until 06:30 and then from 24th November 2025 until the 25th November 2025 between the hours of 23:00 until 06:30 during this period.
An alternative route will be available for use whilst the TTRO is in force being
C60, A1, C59 and vice-versa and should the need arise changes may be made to the alternative routes, where possible these changes will be signposted
accordingly.

The closure has been requested by Chevron on behalf of Network Rail to lift out the level crossing to allow tamper to work through. In order to minimise future disruption, other contractors may be undertaking works throughout the duration of this Order.

U2007 LUCKER JUNCTION TO ADDERSTONE LOW MILL JUNCTON
BELFORD B1341 ADDERSTONE HALL TO LUCKER ROAD BELFORD
(TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE) ORDER 2025
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Northumberland County Council have made an Order to prohibit the use by vehicular traffic on the following sections of roads in Belford in the County of Northumberland.
• U2007 Lucker Junction to Adderstone Low Mill Junction from its junction with the B1341 heading in a northerly direction for a length of 350 metres.
• B1341 Adderstone Hall to Lucker Road from its junction with U2007 heading in a westerly direction for a length of 560 metres.
The Order is to be effective from the 10th November 2025 until the 9th May 2026.
It is expected that the following roads will only be closed between the 08:00 hours and 17:00 hours and on the following dates shown below:-
• U2007 Lucker Junction to Adderstone Low Mill Junction will only be closed
between the 10th November 2025 until the 12th November 2025.
An alternative route will be available for use whilst the TTRO is in force being
B1341, U2005 and vice-versa and should the need arise changes may be made to the alternative routes, where possible these changes will be signposted accordingly.
• B1341 Adderstone Hall to Lucker Road will only be closed between the
13th November 2025 until the 14th November 2025.
An alternative route will be available for use whilst the TTRO is in force being
B1341, A1, C70, C69, B1340 and vice-versa and should the need arise changes
may be made to the alternative routes, where possible these changes will be
signposted accordingly.

The closure has been requested by Northumberland County Council to enable the repair of a gully and the repair of failed drainage. In order to minimise future disruption, other contractors may be undertaking works throughout the duration of this Order.

C426 DOCK ROAD TWEEDMOUTH
(TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE) ORDER 2025
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Northumberland County Council have made an Order to prohibit the use by vehicular traffic on that section of the C426 Dock Road Tweedmouth outside the front of number 39 Dock Road heading in a south easterly direction for a length of 85 metres in the County of Northumberland.
The Order is to be effective from the 3rd November 2025 until the 5th December 2025.
It is expected that the road will only be closed from the 3rd November 2025 until the 21st November 2025 and that it will be closed at all times during this period; however, the order will remain in place until 5th December 2025.
An alternative route will be available for use whilst the TTRO is in force being
C426, C424, A1167 and vice-versa and should the need arise changes may be made to the alternative routes, where possible these changes will be signposted accordingly.

The closure has been requested by United Living Infrastructure on behalf of
Northumbrian Water to excavate to install a cross connection between two mains. In order to minimise future disruption, other contractors may be undertaking works throughout the duration of this Order.
