North Yorkshire Council, Temporary Prohibition of Traffic, Barwick
Street, Scarborough, Order 2025, No. 410 We have made this Order to
prohibit any vehicle from using Barwick Street, Scarborough for a temporary
period of (subject to access to premises) between 28/10/25 & 31/01/26, to
investigate a void in the carriageway & take any necessary action to make
safe / reinstate. This follows an emergency closure under Notice No 170
which commenced on 07/10/25. However, the max duration of this Order is
until 06/04/27. The closure period will be indicated by traffic signs & a local
alternative route will be signed on site where appropriate. All enquiries to

Prohibition of Waiting & Loading & Provision of Parking, Consolidation
Order 2011, Amendment No Tbc, Order 2025 Notice is hereby given that
The North Yorkshire Council proposes to make an Order under Sections
1(1), 2(1) to (3), 4(2), 32(1) & 35(1) & 45 to 49 of the Road Traffic Regulation
Act 1984 & Part IV of Schedule 9 to the 1984 Act & under the Traffic
Management Act 2004, the effect of which will be to amend “North Yorkshire
County Council (Prohibition of Waiting & Loading & Provision of Parking)
(District of Scarborough) Consolidation Order 2011” by introducing the
restrictions specified in the table below:- Table - Prohibition of Waiting &
Loading & Provision of Parking Scarborough, Rowan Close, South side
from a point 131 metres south of its western junction with the west east arm
of Rowan Close to a point 138 metres south of its western junction with the
west east arm of Rowan Close - Disabled Parking Bay. A copy of the draft
Order, together with a map showing the roads affected & a statement of the
Council's reasons for proposing to make the Order may be inspected at
County Hall, Northallerton & at Scarborough Library, Vernon Road,
Scarborough YO11 2NN during normal office hours from 23/10/25 to
13/11/25 & also viewed online at www.northyorks.gov.uk/roadworks-map or
www.northyorks.gov.uk/traffic-regulation-orders. If you wish to object to the

No Tbc, Order Notice is hereby given that The North Yorkshire Council
proposes to make an Order under 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 4(2), 32(1), 35(1) & 45 to
49 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 & Part IV of Schedule 9 to the
1984 Act & under the Traffic Management Act 2004, the effect of which will
be to amend “North Yorkshire County Council (Prohibition of Waiting &
Loading & Provision of Parking) (District of) Consolidation Order 2011” by

Temporary Prohibition of Traffic, Rear of Londesborough Road,
Scarborough, Order 2025, No. 415 We intend to make this Order to
prohibit any vehicle from using Rear of Londesborough Road, Scarborough
for a temporary period (subject to access to premises) between 10/11/25 &
21/11/25, due to Fuse upgrade works / potential danger to the public,
excavation to locate cable, including 4 low voltage joint bays in footway, 75m
of open trench in footway and 6m road crossing to joint new cable. However,
the max duration of this Order is until 10/04/26. The closure period will be
indicated by traffic signs & a local alternative route will be signed on site
