ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 – SECTION 14
(FROG LANE, BODDINGTON)
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC) ORDER 2025
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that West Northamptonshire Council intend, not less than seven days from the date of this Notice, to make an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit traffic from proceeding along that length of Frog Lane, Boddington as set out below.
LENGTH OF ROAD TO WHICH RESTRICTION APPLIES: That length of Frog
Lane, Boddington from the junction of AC14 to Warwick Road.
REASON FOR RESTRICTION: The restriction is required for safety during
manhole repairs.
PERIOD OF CLOSURE: The proposed Order will come into effect on 14th November 2025 and will continue in force for a period of eighteen months. An application may be made for the approval of the Secretary of State for Transport for the Order to be extended if this proves necessary.
However, the restriction specified will have effect only at such times and to such an extent as is indicated by the display of signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.
EXPECTED DURATION: It is expected that the road will be restricted for
5 days.
ALTERNATIVE ROUTE: use Warwick Road.

(ASHBY ROAD UNOFFICIAL, KILSBY)
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC) ORDER 2025
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that West Northamptonshire Council intend, not less than seven days from the date of this Notice, to make an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit traffic from proceeding along that length of Ashby Road, Kilsby as set out below.
LENGTH OF ROAD TO WHICH RESTRICTION APPLIES: That length of
Ashby Road, Kilsby from 50 metres either side of Kilsby Tunnel South.
REASON FOR RESTRICTION: The restriction is required for safety during
renewal and repairs to Network Road Tunnel.
PERIOD OF CLOSURE: The proposed Order will come into effect on 18th November 2025 and will continue in force for a period of eighteen months. An application may be made for the approval of the Secretary of State for Transport for the Order to be extended if this proves necessary.
However, the restriction specified will have effect only at such times and to such an extent as is indicated by the display of signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.
EXPECTED DURATION: It is expected that the road will be restricted until
21st November 2025. A further closure is expected between 2nd and
5 June 2026.
ALTERNATIVE ROUTE: use Ashby Road, Crick Gated Road, Main Street, Watford Road, Ashby St Ledgers Road, Watford Road and A5.

(BRAUNSTON WAY, DAVENTRY)
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC) ORDER 2025
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that West Northamptonshire Council have made an Order the effect of which is to prohibit traffic from proceeding along that length of Braunston Way, Daventry as set out below.
LENGTH OF ROAD TO WHICH RESTRICTION APPLIES: That length of
Braunston Way, Daventry from Drayton Way to Prospect Way.
REASON FOR RESTRICTION: The restriction is required for safety during
carriageway resurfacing works.
PERIOD OF CLOSURE: The proposed Order will come into effect on 3rd November 2025 and will continue in force for a period of eighteen months. An application may be made for the approval of the Secretary of State for Transport for the Order to be extended if this proves necessary.
However, the restriction specified will have effect only at such times and to such an extent as is indicated by the display of signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.

3 days.
ALTERNATIVE ROUTE: use Eastern Way, Northern Way and Drayton Way.
