Notice of Certification of A Public Path Diversion Order, Town & Country
Planning Act 1990, Section 257 The North Yorkshire Council Public
Bridleway 15.42/3/1, Land At Flaxby, South West of The Junction of The
A59 & A1m, North Yorkshire Diversion Order 2022. In accordance with
Article 2 of the above Order I hereby certify that the works to the Bridleway
referred to in Part 2 of the Schedule to the Order has been satisfactorily
completed & I hereby certify that Article 1 of the Order has been complied
