What is happening?

(Coleridge Way And Cardinal Avenue, Borehamwood) (Aberdale Gardens And Ashwood Road, Potters Bar) (Disabled Persons Parking Places) Order 2025
Notice Is Hereby Given that the Hertsmere Borough Council, pursuant to arrangement made with Hertfordshire County Council proposes to make the above-mentioned Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
The general effect of the Order would be to introduce disabled persons parking places to improve the amenities of the roads and its surroundings, provide suitable parking to assist and enable Blue Badge holders' park close to their home and to reduce instances of inappropriate and inconsiderate parking.
A copy of the draft Order and associated documents giving further information may be examined from Wednesday 29th October 2025 at the Civic Office, Hertsmere Borough Council, Elstree Way, Borehamwood, WD6 1WA between 9:30am and 4:30pm, Monday to Friday or you can view the documents at any time at: www.hertsmere.gov.uk/parking.
Persons wishing to support or object or make comments to these proposals must do so in writing to: Traffic Engineer, Parking Policy, Hertsmere Borough Council, Civic Offices, Elstree Way, Borehamwood, WD6 1WA, or by email to: parking.policy@hertsmere.gov.uk, quoting reference Disabled Parking 2025 by 24th November 2025.
