LONDON BOROUGH OF BROMLEY
The London Borough of Bromley (Off Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2025
Notice of Making
The Council of the London Borough of Bromley in exercise of their powers under Section 35 and 124 and Part IV Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended and all other powers enabling them in that behalf has made the above Order.
The effect of the Order is to replace The London Borough of Bromley (Off Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2008 and subsequent amendment Orders with the new Order.
The effect of the Order will increase the parking charges in respect of Chelsfield Car Park (The Highway) to those contained in the Schedule to the Order.
A copy of the proposed new Order can be obtained by emailing parking@bromley.gov.uk during normal office hours Monday to Friday until the expiration of six weeks from the making of the Order.
Any persons wishing to question the validity of the Order or any provisions on the grounds that it is not within the powers of the relevant Act or if any regulations made thereunder have not been complied with may within 6 weeks from the date on which the Order was made make application for the purpose to the High Court.
