(AVENUE ROAD AND A6094 ESKBANK ROAD, ESKBANK, DALKEITH)
(TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE AND PARKING SUSPENSION WITH
LOADING AND UNLOADING RESTRICTIONS) ORDER 2025 TTRO/R 5.4.295
Notice is hereby given that Midlothian Council has made an Order under
Section 14(1) of the Road Traffi c Regulation Act 1984, as amended, the effect of which is that for a temporary period to facilitate SGN in undertaking mains replacement works the junction at Avenue Road and A6094 Eskbank Road and the A6094 Eskbank Road (eastbound lane) from Eskbank Toll roundabout to Avenue Road will be closed and will also be subject to a parking suspension with loading and unloading restrictions. The Order has effect on 10 November 2025 and shall remain in force up to and including 17 November 2025. Alternative routes for general traffi c will be clearly signposted. Pedestrian access will be maintained.

(TEMPORARY PARKING SUSPENSION WITH WAITING, LOADING AND
UNLOADING RESTRICTIONS) ORDER 2025 TTRO/R 5.4.297
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Midlothian Council has made a temporary
Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffi c Regulation Act 1984, as
amended, prohibiting parking, waiting, loading and unloading on A6094
Eskbank Road, Dalkeith (both kerblines) from the Eskbank Toll Roundabout
to the junction with Morrison’s carpark. The Order shall have effect on 3
November 2025 and shall remain in force up to and including 28 November
2025. The restrictions are necessary to facilitate SGN in undertaking mains
replacement works.
THE MIDLOTHIAN COUNCIL (VARIOUS ROADS) (PROHIBITION
AND RESTRICTION ON WAITING, LOADING AND UNLOADING ETC)
(VARIATION NO 21) ORDER 2025 - TO/R5.3.134
Midlothian Council on 27 October 2025 made the above Order, which will
come into force on 17 November 2025. The effect is to apply double yellow
line waiting restrictions along sections of Newton Church Road in Danderhall.

Anyone wishing to question the validity of this Order or any of its provisions
on the grounds that they are not within the powers of the relevant enabling
Act, or that a requirement of such Act or of any relevant regulation has not
been complied with, may within six weeks from 27 October 2025 apply for this purpose to the Court of Session.

LOADING AND UNLOADING RESTRICTIONS) ORDER 2025 TTRO/R 5.4.296
Notice is hereby given that Midlothian Council has made an Order under
Section 14(1) of the Road Traffi c Regulation Act 1984, as amended, the effect
of which is that for a temporary period to facilitate SGN in undertaking mains
replacement works the junctions at Glenesk Crescent and Waverley Road with A6094 Eskbank Road (both kerblines) will be closed and will also be subject to a parking suspension with loading and unloading restrictions. The Order has effect on 3 November 2025 and shall remain in force up to and including 10 November 2025. Alternative routes for general traffic will be clearly signposted. Pedestrian access will be maintained.
