ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 – SECTION 14(1)

(Spen Crescent, Leeds)

(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that because footway resurfacing works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the under mentioned highway; Leeds City Council has today made an Order, the effect of which is that: No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to travel along Spen Crescent in the Kirkstall Ward. Essential access to and from premises and for emergency vehicles will be maintained. Access will be available from one end of Spen Crescent, coming from Spen Approach (dependent on the progress of the works). One side of the footway to be open throughout their duration. The Order shall come into operation on Monday 3rd November 2025 and will remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months or until the works are completed if earlier. The works are expected to be completed by Friday 6th February 2026. The closure will be in place between 09:30 and 15:30 hours on weekdays only. G Moate. Ref: ICO2500068

(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that because sewer and surface water connection works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the under mentioned highway, Leeds City Council has today made an Order, the effect of which is that: No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to travel along Old Lane, Drighlington, Leeds in the Morley North Ward, from a point 20 metres away from property numbers 28/30 Old Lane to a point near 34 Old Lane. The closure will be in place between 08:00 hours and 17:00 hours each day. Essential access to and from premises and for emergency vehicles will be maintained. The Order is intended to come into operation on Monday 3rd November 2025 and will remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months or until the works are completed if earlier. (Temporary One-Way Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that because gas main replacement works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the under mentioned highway(s); Leeds City Council has today made an Order, the effect of which is that: No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to travel along Low Moor Side Lane, Wortley, Leeds; at its exit onto Whitehall Road. A diversionary route for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via: Burnt Side Road, Back Lane & Whitehall Road. Essential access to and from premises and for emergency vehicles will be maintained. The Order shall come into operation on Tuesday 11th November 2025 and will remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months or until the works are completed if earlier. (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that because gas mains replacement works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the under mentioned highway(s), Leeds City Council has today made an Order the effect of which is that: No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to travel along: 1. Leopold Street, Chapeltown, from its junction with Spencer Place to the side of Chapeltown Medical Centre; 2. Louis Street, Chapeltown; from its junction with Spencer Place to outside Number 126 Louis Street; 3. Francis Street, Chapeltown; from its junction with Spencer Place to the side of Leeds Islamic Centre; & 4.Cowper Street, Chapeltown; from its junction with Spencer Place to the side of Number 54A Spencer Place. Diversionary routes for vehicles affected by the closure will be available for Leopold Street: via Spencer Place, Louis Street, Frankland Place and vice versa and for Louis Street, via Francis Street and Cowper Street: Spencer Place, Leopold Street, Frankland Place and vice versa. Essential access to and from premises and for emergency vehicles will be maintained. The shall come into operation on 31 October 2025 and will remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months or until the works are completed if earlier. (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the under mentioned highway(s) requiring a site compound; in the interests of public safety Leeds City Council has today made an Order, the effect of which is that: No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to travel along: 1. Templar Place, between its junctions with Lady Lane and Templar Street. 2. Lydia Street, Leeds, between its junctions with Lady Lane and Templar Street. A diversionary route for vehicles affected by the closures will be available via: Lady Lane, Bridge Street & Templar Street. The Order shall come into operation on Wednesday 5th November 2025 and to remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months or until the works are completed if earlier. (Temporary Traffic Management Measures) Order 2025

(Northern Lights Event at Temple Newsam Leeds)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that because of the likelihood of danger to the public, (holding of an event at Temple Newsam Park), Leeds City Council has today made an Order, the effect of which will be to introduce the following traffic restrictions for the Northern Lights at Temple Newsam Event 2025. 1. No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to use The Elm Walk. 2. No person shall cause or permit any vehicle (other than a vehicle requiring access to property on or adjacent to the road) to use a. The full lengths of Gibson Dr; Pickard Crt; Barton Crt; Lennox Gdns; Stewart Cl; Manor Gth; Pendil Cl; Maltby Crt; Manor Cft; Newsam Green Rd. b. Colton Rd; between The Elm Walk and Gibson Dr. c. Pontefract La; from Junction 45 of the M1, in a generally easterly direction to its end. d. Temple Newsam Rd; from New Temple Gate, in a southerly direction to its end. 3. No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to wait on a. Temple Newsam Rd; from Selby Rd for its entire length b. Irwin App for its entire length. c. Colton Rd; for a distance of 350m from its junction with Selby Rd. The above restrictions will be in force daily between 14:00hrs and 23:59hrs; from 21 November to 31 December 2025 (apart from 24 & 25 November and 1, 8 & 25 December). The restrictions shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the relevant event. Access for emergency services and pedestrians will be maintained to all premises situated or adjacent to any road or part of road to which restrictions apply including other premises accessible for pedestrians from and only such road.

Notice Is Hereby Given that because of the likelihood of danger arising to the public Leeds City Council has today made an Order, the effect of which is that: No person shall cause any vehicle on Saturday 8 November 2025 to 1. Proceed along St Michael’s La between its junctions with Newport Vw and Beechwood Cres between Midnight and 23:59 hours. 2. Proceed along St Michael’s La, between its junction with Cardigan Rd and Beechwood Cres, 45 minutes prior to kick off and 10 mins prior to the end of the Match, for a period of 45 mins. 3.proceed along Newport Vw (the whole), 45 minutes prior to kick off and 10 minutes prior to the end of the Match, for a period of 45 minutes. 4. Proceed along St Michael’s La, between its junctions with Cardigan Rd and Newport Vw; other than in a SW direction, between Midnight and 23:59 hours. 5. Proceed along Newport View between its junction with St Michael’s La and Newport Rd; other than in a SE direction, between Midnight and 23:59 hours. 6. (Leeds Definitive Bridleway No.259)

(Temporary Prohibition of Use) Order 2025

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that because of potential danger to the public arising from bridleway improvement works, Leeds City Council has today made an Order, the effect of which is that: No person shall proceed by foot, cycle or on horseback along Definitive Bridleway Wetherby 39, from the point on the north side of Skelton Lake where the Bridleway branches to east side of Skelton Lake (Easting: 435072, Northing: 430800),; continuing along the north and west sides of the Lake for a distance of approximately 856 metres (to Easting: 434625, Northing: 430305). A diversionary route will be available via the unaffected length of Definitive Bridleway Leeds 259, that extends along the east and south sides of Skelton Lake. The Order shall commence on 31 October 2025 and will remain in force for a maximum period of 6 months. The closure will be in place 24 hours per day. (Waiting Restrictions and On Street Parking Places) (City Wide) Order 2025 – Amendment Order No.23 2025 & (Various Traffic Movements) (City Wide Order) 2025 – Amendment Order No.5 2025: Shepherds Lane & Adjoining Roads Leeds

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Leeds City Council, acting as the Local Traffic Authority (and in exercise of its powers under Sections 1, 2, 3, 4, 5,124 and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the Traffic Management Act 2004 and all other enabling powers) made the above Orders on 24 October 2025. The effect of the Orders which come into effect on 27 October 2025 is to. 1. Prohibit Waiting at any Time on: a. Sections of Shepherds Lane, Leeds; and b. Sections of Back Hill Top Ave, Bank Side St, Cross Alcester Rd, Hill Top Ave, Hill Top Mnt, Vicars Rd and Vicars Terr; at their junctions with Shepherds La. 2. Introduce a One-Way restriction on Shepherds Lane in an easterly direction; between Its junctions with Markham Ave and Roundhay Rd. (City Wide) Order 2025 – (Amendment No.1) Order 2025

Leeds City Council made the above-named Amendment Order on 24 October 2025 under Sections 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 19, 32, 35, 36, Sections 81, 84, 85, 87, 89, 124 & Part IV of Schedule 9) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended and the Traffic Management Act 2004 as amended and of all other enabling powers and after consultation with the Chief Officer of Police. The effect of this Amendment Order, which comes into effect on 30 October 2025, is to incorporate and introduce those restrictions that were originally advertised under the following Order numbers on the dates specified below.

1. Speed Limit Order No. 42 2023, advertised on 23 November 2023, introducing: A 40 MPH Speed Limit on: Otley Old Road, Bramhope, from its junction with Moor Road.

2. Speed Limit Order No.7 2024, advertised on 11 July 2024, introducing: A 20mph Zone on the entire lengths of Boothroyd Dr, Cherry Crt, Cherry Grv, Claremont Cres, Naylor Garth, Pickard Bank, Rawling Way, Scott Hall Dr, Sharp Mews, Walkers Mount/Rd/Yard

3. Speed Limit Order No.8 2024, advertised on 7 May 2024, introducing: A 20 MPH Speed Limit on: the entire length of Alma Rd and sections of Headingley La; North Lane; Otley Rd; Wood La & Woodhouse La.

4. Speed Limit Order No.12 2024, advertised on 29 August 2024, introducing: A 20 MPH Speed Limit on: the entire lengths of Beamsley Cl/Crt/Cft/Walk; Clifford Drive; High Royds Fold; Ingle La; Jackson Walk; Kingsdale Ave/Cl/ Dr; Newby Cl & Crt; Norwood Ave/Drive/Fold; Wharfedale Ave/Crt/Fold and sections of Guiseley Dr; High Royds Dr & Menston Dr.

5. Speed Limit Order No.15 2024, advertised on 1 August 2024, introducing: A 20mph Zone on the entire length of Whiteley Croft Gdns

6. Speed Limit Order No.22 2024, advertised on 25 July 2024,introducing: A 20 MPH Speed Limit on the entire lengths of Hall La, Low Green, Low Hall Rd, Manor Gate, Manor Rd, Parkside and on a section of Calverley La.

7. By virtue of this Amendment Order, the various speed limits advertised under the Orders listed above are incorporated within ‘The Leeds City Council Various Roads, Metropolitan District of Leeds) (Speed Limits) (City Wide) Order 2025’, which comprises map-based schedules and an electronic map-based system. A copy of this Amendment Order, together with related documentation may be obtained by e-mailing troteam@leeds. gov.uk. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that because construction works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the under mentioned highways, Leeds City Council has today made an Order the effect of which is: 1. To prohibit vehicles from proceeding in an eastbound direction on Templar St, between its junctions with Edward St and Bridge St. 2. To prohibit vehicles from proceeding in an northbound direction on Bridge St, from its junction of Templar St for 27m. 3. To prohibit vehicular use of Templar La. 4. To suspend the use of the loading bay on Eastgate, adjacent to no. 33. 5. To suspend the use of all on street parking bays situated on Templar St. 6. To suspend the use of all street parking bays situated along Templar Pl. (until 10/01/2026). 7. To prohibit vehicular use of Templar Pl (from 11/01/2026). 8. To prohibit vehicular use of Lydia St (from 11/01/2026). 9. To suspend the use ofthose on street parking bays situated on Bridge St, between Lady La and Templar St. A diversionary route for vehicles affected by the closure of Templar Place will be available via: Edward St, Lady La, Eastgate, Regent St, Gower St, Bridge St. Essential access for emergency vehicles will be maintained by keeping a 3m clear route on Templar La and Templar Pl. The Order is intended to come into operation on Monday 3 November 2025 and will remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months or until the works are completed if earlier.
