TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990
The Secretary of State gives notice of an Order made under Section 247 of the above Act entitled “The Stopping up of Highway (Yorkshire & Humber) (No.21) Order 2025” authorising the stopping up of a western part width of Knab Rise at Sheffield, in the City of Sheffield. This is to enable development as permitted by Sheffield City Council under reference 24/00514/FUL.
Copies of the Order may be obtained, free of charge, from the Secretary of State, National Transport Casework Team, PO Box 1393, Newcastle Upon Tyne, NE99 5FQ or nationalcasework@dft.gov.uk (quoting SUO7121717). They may also be inspected during normal opening hours at Sheffield City Council, Town Hall, Pinstone Street, Sheffield, S1 2HH.
Any person who wishes to challenge the validity of the decision to make the Order may apply to the High Court within 6 weeks from 30 October 2025.
