(Various Roads, Elton) (Speed Limits)
(Consolidation No.2) Order 2025
NOTICE is hereby given that on the 22nd October 2025 Cambridgeshire County Council made an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and all other enabling powers. The effect of this is to extend the 30mph speed limit northwards for 30m and introduce a 40mph speed limit on B671 Wansford Road, Elton from the existing 30mph speed limit northwards for 250m. To request a copy of the Order, which comes into operation on 31st October 2025, or other documents please telephone 0345 045 5212 or e-mail to policyandregulation@cambridgeshire. gov.uk.
Any person wishing to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended, on the grounds that any requirement of that Act or of any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to the Order may, within six weeks from the 22nd October 2025 apply to the High Court for this purpose.
